HUNTINGTON BEACH REMODELING
Planning a kitchen or bath remodel in Huntington Beach? We design and build it from our Tustin showroom, 25–35 minutes away, with one licensed team for design, materials, measuring, and construction. Since 1994, we’ve remodeled kitchens, baths, floors, and cabinetry across Orange County.
Much of Huntington Beach was built in the tract-home boom of the 1950s to 1970s. Many of those homes still have closed L-shaped kitchens, soffits over the cabinets, and original sliding doors to the yard.

For your Huntington Beach project, start at our Tustin showroom at 13031 Newport Ave, Suite 114, about 25–35 minutes away by the I-405. You can compare cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, and hardware side by side.
Bring photos of nearby rooms, HOA guidelines, and appliance specs. Near the water? Tell us, and we will choose hardware and finishes for salt air.
We plan and build your Huntington Beach kitchen, bathroom, flooring, cabinetry, and whole-home projects, with one design and one construction schedule.
opening closed tract kitchens, removing soffits, and adding island seating
replacing original tub-shower combos, vanities, ventilation, and tile
luxury vinyl plank, tile, and engineered wood over existing slabs
full-height cabinetry, pantries, coffee bars, and storage under the island
Cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, hardware, and lighting are selected to work together before orders and field work begin.
Most Huntington Beach houses went up when the city was growing by thousands of residents a year. In a kitchen remodel here, we usually remove the soffits for taller cabinets, open the kitchen to the family room, and replace original plumbing and sliders.
Huntington Harbour was built from 1963 on five man-made islands, and Sunset Beach joined the city in 2011. Waterfront homes often bring HOA guidelines and finishes exposed to sea air.
Parts of the city sit in the coastal zone. Most interior remodels count as alterations to an existing home, but additions or work near the beach and wetlands can need a Coastal Development Permit. We check your address before design approval.
We discuss the rooms involved and the decisions that may affect structure, utilities, circulation, schedule, or access.
A home measure records existing conditions. The designer tests the layout, then the Tustin showroom visit resolves cabinetry, surfaces, flooring, tile, and hardware.
Before demolition, we line up the permit, any coastal or HOA review, and long-lead orders like cabinets.
The team coordinates demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, drywall, tile, flooring, cabinetry, and related work.
The project closes with aligned installations, operating checks, touch-ups, and a homeowner walkthrough tied to the approved scope.
Throughout the project, the approved scope connects design decisions, material selections, permits, construction, installation, and the final walkthrough.
Near the beach, pick finishes that handle salt air and sandy feet and still match the rooms you’re not remodeling. At the Tustin showroom, compare quartz, quartzite, porcelain, stone, engineered hardwood, and luxury vinyl plank with cabinet samples and hardware.
We work with MSI Surfaces, Arizona Tile, Bedrosians, HanStone, Silestone, PentalQuartz, Republic Floor, Cali Floors, and Johnson Hardwood, and confirm availability while you choose. Our workmanship warranty is one year; manufacturer warranties vary.
This Huntington Beach kitchen had an L-shaped counter beside a separate dining table, and soffits that kept the upper cabinets short. We replaced the L with an island that seats the family and adds storage, removed soffits for taller cabinetry, and added quartz counters, a porcelain backsplash, a freestanding hood, a pot filler, and a farmhouse sink, plus new lighting and patio sliders.
We work across Huntington Beach, from Downtown and the older streets near Main Street to Huntington Harbour, Sunset Beach, Seacliff, and the inland tracts around Huntington Central Park. Permits go through the city’s Building & Inspections division and its HB ACA online portal, and we confirm HOA and coastal requirements for your home before design approval.

There’s no office in Huntington Beach, and you won’t need one. You choose materials at our Tustin showroom, and the same licensed team designs, measures, prices, and builds your remodel.
Many of our kitchens fall between $35,000 and $85,000+, and many bathrooms between $15,000 and $45,000+. Structural changes, custom cabinet volume, moving utilities, large-format surfaces, and multi-room work can push a proposal above those ranges.
Planning usually takes 4–12 weeks for a kitchen and 4–7 weeks for a bathroom. Design, selections, Huntington Beach review, coastal zone checks, HOA approval if your home has one, fabrication, and product lead times can add time before demolition.
Before work starts, we plan access, dust barriers, protection for the finishes you’re keeping, pets, daily cleanup, and a temporary kitchen or bathroom if you need one.
